To ensure a seamless start to our service, please provide clear entry instructions or access details such as a hideaway key, lockbox, or garage code. Alternatively, you may greet our team upon their arrival. Once inside, our team will promptly begin the cleaning process.

We request that surfaces such as: bathroom counters, kitchen counters, dressers, end tables, all horizontal surfaces, laundry room, bedroom floors etc., simply to be cleared of excessive clutter.
