Experience our exceptional cleaning services with no contract obligations. When you contact us, we'll create a personalized work order that suits your schedule and needs. You can secure your appointment with a 50% credit card prepayment, and we'll provide a friendly reminder one day before your service.

Cleaning Arrival

Our awesome team will arrive at your doorstep with smiles, fully equipped with commercial-grade vacuums and microfiber cloths for efficient cleaning and disinfection. Kindly provide us with clear entry instructions or access through a hideaway key, lock box, or garage code.

Preparing Your Space

We recommend tidying up your home by clearing horizontal surfaces and reducing clutter for maximum efficiency. If you're too busy to tidy up, we can take care of it. For an additional $95, our team will add extra time to move items, clear surfaces, and put everything back in place before and after cleaning.

04.

Cleaning Process

Our expert team will start on the top floor and work down to the lowest level before finishing on the main level. If you're home, we'll invite you for a quick walk-through to ensure nothing is overlooked. With us on the job, you're guaranteed a clean and comfortable residential space.

The frequency of regular house cleaning services depends on various factors, such as your lifestyle, the size of your home, and cleaning preferences. During our initial consultation, we can discuss your specific needs and recommend a cleaning schedule that suits you best. 

While we cannot guarantee the same team for every visit due to scheduling and availability, we do our best to assign the same cleaning professionals for recurring appointments whenever possible. 

We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, online payments, and cash. Payment is typically due on the day of the cleaning service. Our team will provide you with the necessary payment information. 

Absolutely! If you find that you require additional services or have specific requests during the cleaning process, simply communicate with our cleaning team, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Please note that add-on services require extra time and are subject to an additional fee. These services may include handwashing of baseboards and woodwork, interior cleaning of ovens or refrigerators, and exterior handwashing of bath or kitchen cabinet fronts. 

In addition to our referral program, we are proud to offer a 10% first responder discount for military, police, firefighters, and EMT personnel as a token of appreciation for their service and dedication. 

In the rare event of any damage, please inform us immediately, and we will take full responsibility for rectifying the situation.
